Policeman in this video is making the society learn that how they can extinguish the fire caught by gas cylinder at your home or your locality. He uses a simple trick using bed sheet or cloth of same size to extinguish the fire. First he sets the cylinder or fire and then control the fire to make people learn.
In the first set, he himself does the job of extinguishing cylinder fire and in the second set he asks a woman to do the job. Its very easy for our mothers or sisters to control the fire as you can see in the video. You just need a large cloth which is wrapped around the cylinder suddenly and fire is controlled as there is no oxygen left near the cylinder.
